HARIO V60 | THE VENERABLE CLASSIC AROUND THE WORLD
When a conversation about pour over coffee brewing starts, the Hario v60 is consistently the first brewer that comes to mind. Although there have been dozens of iterations of the classic, single cup pour over brewing device, the v60 has become the de-facto standard against which all others are compared. While it takes some care with technique, it has the ability to bring out an exceptional cup of coffee.
We made a go of it, but alas, it wasn't meant to be.

We're still working out what we want to do with this little (now) hobby. I (Mark) still love coffee, still have a roaster, and I'm looking forward to roasting some really special, and sometimes weird and experimental, coffees for us.
