We roast small batches and regularly have some overage from balancing batch sizes. It's the same single origin coffees ordered elsewhere, but we use the Roaster's Choice orders to balance everything out to minimize waste and to make sure our roaster is running at its optimum.

You save a bit of money, and you might end up trying something you wouldn't have thought of! It could be any of the currently offered coffees*.
