Ethiopia Buno Dambi Uddo
Fruit salad with chunks of dark chocolate pretty much sums up this funky and fruity coffee from Ethiopia. It's a totally wild ride and we love it! It's like taking a continental breakfast on a patio in Hawaii and distilling it into a cup of coffee. While it really shines as a pour-over, a trip through your espresso machine is a totally worthwhile experience, delivering a super bright shot rounded off by notes of chocolate and molasses.
Definitely one of the most interesting coffees we've had the pleasure of offering!
